2. International Shipping Fees
When purchasing two or more items for one order, we will generally provide you with a quote for all items shipped together at one time.
- If you wish to have the items shipped separately, they will be treated as separate orders and additional handling fees will be incurred.
- We can provide quotes for a maximum of 10 items at a time, so if you order more than 10 items, you will be charged an additional agency fee even if they are shipped together.
- If you add paid services to the estimated price, additional charges will apply. (See optional service fees below for more information)

■Free repackaging
- Korean shops sell products based on domestic shipping, so if they are shipped directly to Japan, there are many cases where the products are damaged.
We repackage and ship all items, which is a standard service and is included in the international shipping cost.
- We try to repackage items in their original packaging as much as possible, but if the item is large or the contents require inspection, it may be repackaged in a different way than the original packaging.
Please be aware of this.
■ Customs duties
- Any items that will incur customs duties when going through customs in Japan will be included in the price at the quotation stage.
- We will handle the export procedures for the goods, so you will not have to pay customs duties when you receive the goods!
- You can receive your item quickly and without worrying about paying additional customs duties!
■ Regarding sites and products for which we do not provide proxy services
- We do not accept products that cannot be purchased online (offline proxy) .
- We are unable to accept payments for products on Twenty, Instagram, Twitter, personal blogs, etc. that do not support credit card payment as it is difficult to issue receipts.
(Witchform and Fondee support different payment methods depending on the seller.)
- We cannot accept food items that are at risk of spoilage or items that exceed size restrictions for international shipping.
- We do not accept products that contain rechargeable batteries. e.g. Galaxy Watch, MacBook, etc.
- We do not handle any products that are prohibited from being exported to Japan.
- If we determine that your request is dangerous, we may decline it.
■Notes on requesting a free estimate
If you cancel a quote three times in a row (including no reply or changes), we may refuse to accept any requests from you after that. We provide free quotes.
If you do not make payment within the deadline, the order (quote) will be automatically cancelled without any charges to you.
However, providing an estimate takes a certain amount of time and money, including verifying the reliability of the seller, checking inventory, and investigating volume and weight related to delivery.
Please understand that this is to prevent mischief and to ensure a prompt response to customers.
■Cancellation and refunds
1. If the product is sold out: Even if you are able to purchase a product on some sites, your order may be canceled later if the product is sold out.
Also, there are cases where an item that was in stock at the time of quotation may be sold out at the time of actual purchase. Therefore, if you would like to purchase from us as soon as possible,
We recommend that you make payment as soon as possible (by credit card). If the item you requested is sold out and you are unable to purchase it, we will refund the amount excluding the payment fee.
2. If you change your mind: We will try our best to accommodate your request for product cancellation and refund. The Korean online stores we represent are based on domestic sales in Korea,
The return period is usually short, about 2~7 days from the date the product is received at the office. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
→ If the item can still be returned, we will refund the amount excluding domestic shipping fees, agency fees, and payment fees.
However, if the item has already been prepared for shipping to Japan or the return deadline specified by the shop has passed, cancellation is not possible.
*Payment fee: 4% of the payment amount to be refunded
*Products such as made-to-order products and custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation.
■ Regarding exchanges and returns
1. If you wish to return or exchange an item after receiving it due to reasons such as product damage, product defects, or the product being different from your order:
We will do our best to accommodate your request even if the return deadline has passed. All costs, including round-trip shipping, will be borne by our company.
In that case, please contact us via LINE with a photo of the product and an explanation of the situation.
2. If the reason is due to customer's convenience: We will contact the purchase site and respond if possible. All costs such as round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
・We will not accept any returns for damage, stains, odors, etc. that occur during use.
- Made-to-order products and custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The packaging may be torn or crushed during transportation, but if the product itself is not damaged, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the defect is due to usage issues such as exceeding the load capacity.
