Chapter 1 scope and changes to these terms

Article 1

Chapter 3 membership registration

Chapter 4 managing registration information

Article 1

In the event of any change in all or part of the registration matters, the member shall promptly change the registration matters in the manner prescribed by the company.The group shall provide the service in accordance with the registration matters of the member, and shall not assume any responsibility arising from the member's failure to change the registration matters.

Article 2

Members shall, at their own responsibility, strictly manage membership cards, registration matters and other information of members so as not to cause the loss or theft of membership cards, and the unauthorized use of registration items such as email addresses and passwords (hereinafter simply referred to as"accidents").The group shall not be liable for any damages or other damages caused by accidents or the members ' willfulness or negligence.

Article 3

In the event of an accident, the member shall immediately declare it in the manner prescribed by the group and apply for a new membership registration.In this case, the group shall not reissue the membership card.

Article 4

If a member or a third party reports or provides information about an accident, the group may revoke the points granted to the member or take other necessary measures.

Article 5

In the event that a member fails to apply for a new member registration promptly within the period prescribed by the group, even though an accident has occurred, the group may forfeit the member's qualification.

Chapter 5 prohibited activities of members

The group prohibits the following acts by members.

  1. Acts that violate the terms of use or laws and regulations (not limited to laws and regulations relating to the terms of use)
  2. Act to change all or part of the registered items to false, erroneous, or omissions
  3. Any act to lend, transfer, transfer, set up collateral, or otherwise dispose of a member's qualification, status or its rights or obligations to a third party
  4. Any act of using or using content without the express permission of the group
  5. Any act of using the service for an illegal purpose, such as receiving a refund of points or using points by illegal means
  6. Trademarks, copyrights, design rights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights (including the right to register, etc.) of the group or third parties.Any act that infringe on the rights or interests of the group or any third party;
  7. Any act against public order and morals
  8. Default of obligations to the group (not limited to default of obligations relating to these terms)
  9.   10. Any act of using the service as a business or for profit
  11. Impersonating a third party
  12. Any act for the purpose of providing benefits to criminal acts or antisocial forces, etc.

  14. Any other actions that the group deems inappropriate as a member

Chapter 6 cancellation of membership registration and cancellation of membership

If a member falls under any of Chapter 5, or if it is found that the member falls under any of Chapter 5, the group may suspend the service or membership, cancel or cancel the membership registration, take legal action, or other necessary measures against the member.The group shall not be liable for any damage to the member as a result of this.

Chapter 7 withdrawal

Chapter 8 intellectual property rights

Article 1

Intellectual property rights and all other rights related to the provision of the service and the contents belong to the group or a third party licensed to the group, and any license to a member of the service under this Agreement shall not mean the license of the intellectual property rights or other rights of the group or a third party licensed to the group.

Article 2

The group may take legal action such as an injunction, a claim for damages, a criminal complaint, and other necessary measures against the member if it finds that the member infringes any intellectual property rights or any other right, such as the use, reproduction or secondary use of the content without the express permission of the group.

Chapter 9 handling of confidential information

Members shall handle information disclosed by the Group in connection with these Terms and services in order to be handled in secret by the Group in secret, except with the prior written consent of the Group.

PART 10: Transfer of position

In the event that the Group transfers the business pertaining to the Service (including but not limited to the case where a company split or other business is transferred in addition to the normal business transfer), the Group may transfer the status of the member under these Terms, rights and obligations under these Terms, registration matters of the Member, and all other information pertaining to the Member to the assignor of the business transfer, and the Member shall You agree in advance of such transfer.

PART 11: Disclaimers

Article 1

Article 4

Article 5

If these Terms fall under the consumer contract set forth in Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act, the provisions of these Terms that completely exempt the Group from liability for damages shall not apply. PART 12: Separation

Even if any provision or part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unethurable pursuant to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, any provision or part of the remaining provisions deemed invalid or unethurable shall remain in full effect.

PART 13: Governing Law, Jurisdiction

Article 1

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 2

In the event of a judicial dispute with respect to these Terms, the Tokyo Simple Court or the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first trial.

PART 15: Purchase of goods

PART 19: Payment method
