Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered from the online store, please contact us at the following e-mail address within 14 days. However, the reason for the return is only defective products (dirt, stains, etc.) in the product. Please attach an image of the product that is found to be incomplete in the e-mail and contact us.
